Play responsibly,
enjoy safely
ba997 believes entertainment should always be safe and controlled — we are always here to protect you.
Knowing the limits of entertainment matters
Online betting and casino games can be an enjoyable experience — when approached with the right mindset and self-control. ba997 always places the mental wellbeing and financial security of its players as the highest priority.
Gambling is never a source of income or a way to solve financial problems. It is simply a form of entertainment. At ba997, we want you to have fun in every session, but never go beyond your means.
On this page you can learn how ba997 supports responsible gambling, which signs to watch out for, and how to seek help when needed.
Keep your gaming in your control
ba997 provides players with several practical tools that help keep gambling in check at all times.
Set Deposit Limits
Decide in advance the maximum amount you can deposit each day, week, or month. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. To raise a limit, the set waiting period must pass.
Time-Out
If you feel you need a short break, take a time-out on your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. No betting will be possible during this period.
Self-Exclusion
If you need a longer break, choose self-exclusion. This completely deactivates your account for a specified period. The account cannot be reactivated while the exclusion is in effect.
Session Time Limits
Decide in advance how many hours you will play in one sitting. When the set time is up, ba997 will send you a reminder and can automatically end the session if needed.
Loss Limits
Set the maximum amount you are prepared to lose each day or week. Once the limit is reached, betting stops automatically, protecting you from further losses.
24/7 Support
For any issue, the ba997 support team is always by your side. Contact us via live chat or at [email protected] — assistance is available in both Bengali and English.
Core principles of responsible betting
Keep these core principles in mind before playing at ba997 — they will help ensure a healthy and enjoyable experience.
Remember, there is no guaranteed winning strategy in casino or betting games. Every game is an independent event and previous results do not influence future results.
Set a Budget
Before you play, decide how much money you can afford to spend. Use only an amount that, if lost, will not affect your daily life.
Set a Time Limit
Set a time limit before each session and stick to it. Playing for too long can reduce your judgment.
Don't Chase Losses
Placing larger bets to recover losses is dangerous. This is one of the main signs of problem gambling.
Play for fun, not out of compulsion
If gambling causes stress or anxiety instead of entertainment, take a break. Never play when you are emotionally unsettled.
When should you be cautious?
If any of the following signs appear in you or someone close to you, seek help immediately.
- You are betting repeatedly and in larger amounts in the hope of recovering lost money.
- You cannot get gambling off your mind — you are constantly thinking about the next session.
- You are neglecting your responsibilities toward family, friends, or work.
- You are taking on debt or dipping into savings to cover gambling costs.
- You are hiding the amount or frequency of your gambling even from yourself.
- You become irritable or feel anxious when you cannot gamble.
- You have tried repeatedly to stop gambling but have been unable to.
If you notice the above signs, do not feel ashamed — this is a recognized issue and help is available. ba997's support team will assist you in taking the right steps with complete confidentiality.
The 21+ age limit is strictly enforced
The minimum age to register and bet at ba997 is 21 years. This rule applies to everyone without exception.
